Plasma System and Orbital Machinery

Our recent investment in an Orbital and Plasma-Arc Welding Unit has enabled us to improve our manufacturing process by introducing a fully-automated welding process. This has ensured improvements in both weld quality and work capacity, meaning that we continue to provide a cutting-edge, highly-competitive and effective manufacturing service.

In 2006 Gilwoods supplied BOC with two ASME U-Stamped/CE Marked Vessel Assemblies comprising of four 8" diameter manifolded vessels. The completed assemblies were air freighted to our system manufacture in Massachusetts USA for integration into our Fluorine Gas Generation Enclosures.
